How to Track Your Order
To request an order update, please contact our customer support team by email:
Please include the following information in your message:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Your shipping address, if needed for verification
Once we receive your request, we will review your order details and provide the latest available shipping or delivery update.
When Tracking Becomes Available
Tracking information is usually available after your order has been processed and shipped. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, we may send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
